If an item arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standards, reach out within 48 hours for a refund or free replacement. Perishable goods that are warm to the touch should be photographed upon arrival so we can escalate immediately.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe or cash on delivery) within 5 business days. Store credit is also available for quicker reorders.
