Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive updates when your order is confirmed and when it leaves our facility.

Standard delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days throughout Ireland. Transit times may vary based on courier capacity, local conditions, and bank holidays.
Shipping fees
We charge a flat delivery fee for most orders. Free delivery may apply when your basket meets our current free‑shipping threshold. The cart and checkout will always reflect your applicable delivery fees and any available free‑shipping promotion.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available at the address, our courier will follow the instructions provided at checkout (for example, leave at door or with a neighbour) or attempt a redelivery.
